What the store keeps
The store keeps your email address, a one-way password hash, subscription dates, voucher submission status, credit transactions, and device-session records. Your game account password is not requested by this website.
Vouchers and email
Voucher codes are encrypted while awaiting confirmation and removed from operational records once confirmed. Backups may retain encrypted historical copies until their rotation expires. The redemption service connects only the owner’s dedicated Gmail mailbox; customers never connect Gmail to the store.
Device identity
The bot sends a hashed hardware identity to enforce one active PC. Access is not bound to your IP address. Device credentials stored on Windows are protected with Windows DPAPI.
Optional AI replies
When enabled, the bot sends conversation context and your configured character information to our VPS to generate a reply using Gemma 3 270M. Prompts and generated replies are not stored in the service database or request logs. The local transcript remains controlled by your bot settings. Do not include sensitive information in the character profile.
Cookies and requests
A necessary account-session cookie keeps you signed in. Request IP addresses may be processed for rate limiting and ordinary server operations. There are no advertising trackers.
Administration and retention
Only the authenticated owner can manage customer records. Credit history is append-only for transaction reconciliation. Database and installer backups are retained for 14 days by the supplied daily backup configuration. Browser credentials and email integration tokens are encrypted.
